應(yīng)用范圍：

工作原理：
以氮?dú)鉃閭鲗?dǎo)傳熱介質(zhì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)制藥、生化、化工、生物等技術(shù)領(lǐng)域含有機(jī)溶媒、溶劑物料的干燥生產(chǎn)與溶媒、溶劑的回收，具備安全生產(chǎn)、高效、低耗節(jié)能減排的實(shí)用性。
干燥機(jī)內(nèi)的氣體在風(fēng)機(jī)（引風(fēng)、送風(fēng)兼用）的循環(huán)下，經(jīng)換熱器加熱，由高效過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾后進(jìn)入沸騰式加熱、干燥物料，熱風(fēng)穿過(guò)物料的同時(shí)由內(nèi)攪拌機(jī)構(gòu)的不斷攪拌下使物料與熱空氣充分接觸換熱。待物料內(nèi)的溶媒（酒精、丙酮、甲醇等）蒸發(fā)出來(lái)，在循環(huán)氣體的帶動(dòng)下，夾帶于氣體中的細(xì)粉物料，經(jīng)氮?dú)夥创党龎m器，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)夾帶于氣體中的粉塵物料進(jìn)行捕集，余熱氣體經(jīng)由過(guò)濾器過(guò)濾后進(jìn)入冷凝器，經(jīng)冷凝器冷卻介質(zhì)，冷凝至露點(diǎn)和氣體分離，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)有機(jī)溶媒的回收。分離后的氣體再由風(fēng)機(jī)送入加熱器，這樣周而復(fù)始的循環(huán)工作。直至將所有的溶媒從物料中蒸發(fā)、分離、冷凝出來(lái)。
干燥后物料經(jīng)過(guò)冷卻后從底部再排放出來(lái)，盛放物料的網(wǎng)板是由氣缸控制的可活動(dòng)翻板。
物料排放完畢后，可用風(fēng)機(jī)對(duì)干燥室內(nèi)的過(guò)濾器進(jìn)行清掃過(guò)濾。
Working principle:
Take nitrogen as medium for heat transfer, to realize solvent recovery and drying of material with solvent, with features of safety, high efficiency, Low energy consumption and so on.
Air under the circulation function of fan(both blower fan and suction fan),after heated by steam radiator and filtrated by HEPA filter, entry into fluid bed dryer to dry the material. At the meantime, under the continuous stirring of stirring system inside the dryer, hot air and raw Material exchange their heat fully. After solvent (alcohol, acetone, methanol and so on)steamed out, fine powder together with circulating gas come out, fine powder caught by nitrogen blowback system. Waste-heat air after filtrated by filter entry into compensator, solvent is cooled to dew point and separated from air, so solvent recycled. Separated air is fed into air heater by fan, go round and begin again like this..Until all solvent is steamed out, separate and recovered.
After drying, products are discharged from the bottom of the dryer, net plate for material is flexible reverse turning bed and controlled by cylinder.
After all products discharged, fan can clean the air filter inside the dryer.

設(shè)備為全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，無(wú)死角，出風(fēng)、進(jìn)風(fēng)均采用高溫高效過(guò)濾，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)采用三級(jí)除塵，除塵效率更高，且易拆裝、清洗。在物料干燥完成后，使用反吹技術(shù)，除塵更徹底，減少清洗頻率，操作簡(jiǎn)單，有效降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度并可避免產(chǎn)品受污染的情況，符合GMP要求。
設(shè)備能夠長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的連續(xù)運(yùn)行，自動(dòng)化程度高。既可干燥、冷卻溶媒，又可冷卻物料，干燥效率比回轉(zhuǎn)、耙式的高，可提高4~5倍的干燥速度，同時(shí)干燥后的產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定，為用戶創(chuàng)造更大的產(chǎn)品價(jià)值。
根據(jù)客戶需要，可配備真空上料、出料，提高一體化智能操作。
2.安全
基于有機(jī)溶劑具備易爆易燃的安全危險(xiǎn)性，本機(jī)組系統(tǒng)內(nèi)同時(shí)采用在線測(cè)氧、超壓泄放和防爆、泄爆等安全技術(shù)手段，通過(guò)智能化控制技術(shù)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)氧氣殘留量的監(jiān)測(cè)，氣壓平衡監(jiān)測(cè)和自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)控制。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的空氣（氧氣）含量超過(guò)0.5%（v/v）時(shí)，測(cè)氧裝置即會(huì)通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)指令氮?dú)庋a(bǔ)充閥打開(kāi)，向系統(tǒng)內(nèi)補(bǔ)充新鮮氮?dú)?，使系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的氧氣殘留量恢復(fù)到安全設(shè)定值的范圍內(nèi)（閉路循環(huán)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)為正壓，氧氣的進(jìn)入則是通過(guò)加料過(guò)程進(jìn)入循環(huán)系統(tǒng)）。當(dāng)系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的氣壓值超過(guò)設(shè)定值時(shí)（循環(huán)系統(tǒng)氣壓平衡值設(shè)定為0.02mPa），泄壓裝置則會(huì)通過(guò)智能控制中心指令，自動(dòng)打開(kāi)泄壓氣動(dòng)閥，排除超壓氣體，而防爆泄爆裝置，則是本機(jī)組采用的另一項(xiàng)安全技術(shù)措施，即系統(tǒng)內(nèi)電氣或關(guān)鍵部位發(fā)生故障，系統(tǒng)正常工作失靈，氣壓升高至安全極限值（系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)耐壓值小于等于0.05Mpa），防爆泄爆裝置即會(huì)自動(dòng)打開(kāi)定向泄爆并自動(dòng)切斷電源，關(guān)閉進(jìn)出管道閥門(mén)，保證溶媒?jīng)]有與氧氣反應(yīng)的可能性，有效的避免設(shè)備在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中發(fā)生火災(zāi)或爆炸事故，^大限度的規(guī)避人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失，確保生產(chǎn)安全.
3.節(jié)能.
   設(shè)備是全封閉式系統(tǒng)，熱介質(zhì)經(jīng)過(guò)網(wǎng)板向上吹起物料，與物料的接觸更充分，使傳熱和傳質(zhì)過(guò)程得以強(qiáng)化，在較小的風(fēng)量下能夠達(dá)到較高的氣體含濕量，因此工作時(shí)只需要微正壓，風(fēng)量較小，設(shè)備的風(fēng)機(jī)功率降低，噪音變小，同時(shí)干燥之后含有溶媒的熱濕氣，經(jīng)過(guò)冷凝器分離后，回收的溶媒可以再次利用，同時(shí)，低露點(diǎn)的氮?dú)饨?jīng)循環(huán)風(fēng)機(jī)后進(jìn)入加熱器重新加熱循環(huán)利用，與常規(guī)烘干設(shè)備相比，熱效率提高了，動(dòng)力消耗明顯下降，因此節(jié)約了設(shè)備的能源損耗及生產(chǎn)成本。
4.環(huán)保
   本機(jī)組實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)含有溶媒物料在干燥生產(chǎn)工藝過(guò)程中的回收利用，在解決相關(guān)行業(yè)在干燥難與廢氣排放污染重的基礎(chǔ)上，實(shí)現(xiàn)溶劑回收利用，同時(shí)做到零排放，避免了尾氣對(duì)環(huán)境的污染，獲得節(jié)能減排的實(shí)用性效果。
 
1.High efficiency.
This machine is fully enclosed structure, no dead corner, both air exhaust system and air in system takes high-temperature and high-efficiency filter. The whole system has 3 levels of dust catcher, with high-efficiency dust catcher, easy to discharge and clean. After drying finished, because of blowback system, dust elimination is more thoroughgoing, reducing cleaning frequency, which can reduce labor intensity and avoid pollution of different products, Low viscosity, meeting GMP standards.
This machine can work continuously and steady in a long term, high degree of automation. It not only can dry, cool solvent, but also can cool raw material, drying efficiency is higher than other dryer, 4 to 5 times drying speed. And, the finished products have good quantity, which can create bigger product value for the user.
According to the user’s requirement, vacuum feeder, vacuum discharger for optional, to enhance automatization degree.
2. Safety.
Because of flammable and combustible dangerous of organic solvent, this machine take Safety technologys including on-line Oxygen checking, explosion-proof, Explosion venting and so on. Through intelligentized control technology, to monitor Oxygen residues/Pressure balance in the system and automatic modulation control. When air(oxygen) content exceed 0.5%(v/v),oxygen checking device open the Replenishing valve to supply fresh nitrogen by control system, to recovery the oxygen residues to a safety value(closed-circuit system is designed into positive pressure,oxygen entry into circulation system by material feeding).When air pressure inside the system exceed setted value(air pressure balance is setted into 0.02mpa),explosion venting device will automatically open decompression Pneumatic valve to exhaust some air by intelligentized control .The explosion-proof and explosion venting system is another safety technology of this machine, that is when certain electrical equipment or key device damaged, the system is out of normal working and air pressure up to safety ultimate value(≤0.05Mpa),explosion-proof  and explosion venting system will be automatically opened, power  cutted off  and pipe valve closed, there is no probability of solvent reacting with oxygen,which avoid fire damagesor explosion during machine working.to make sure safety production.
3. Saving energy.
This machine is full closed system. Hot air through net board blow up the material. Hot air contact with material fully. The process of heat transfer is enhanced. At a Few air condition, a high air moisture can be got, so Only Micro positive pressure during working, needed air quantity is small. Fan power of this machine is smaller and less noise. At the meantime,
Hot air with solvent after drying is separated by condensator. The recoveryed solvent can be reused. So saving energy  and production cost. Also, Low dew point nitrogen is sent to air heater for cyclic utilization by fan. Compared with common dryer, thermal efficiency enhanced, power consumption reduced, so heat consumption and production cost saved.
4.Environmental protection.
This machine recovery the solvent from raw material during drying process based on solving the problem hard drying and Heavy pollution. At the meantime, zero exhaust avoid environmental pollution because of waste gas.
